The rhythm that sets the day in motion: a self-serve tropical bar, or a full breakfast with eggs, smoothies and a hot main.

Balanced and light so your guests stay present through the warmest hours; at the table, or packed to go for beach, snorkel and hiking days.

The evening ritual: vibrant, multicultural, plant-forward with options to add animal proteins, family-style or plated.

Written for each retreat; these are the shapes they take.

Three ways to run the week, from family-style to plated. Breakfast, lunch and dinner each follow the tier you choose; mix tiers across the days if the programme asks for it.

Nourishing. Honest. Family-style.
Plant-forward meals served family-style, so the table becomes the gathering. Clean ingredients, honest flavors, beautiful without fuss.

Abundant. Colorful. Global.
Abundant, colorful spreads that travel across cuisines: a plant-forward base (gluten-free on request) with small portions of carefully sourced proteins.

Refined. Intimate. Ceremony-ready.
Plated service with the pacing of a tasting dinner: premium ingredients, refined detail and ceremony-ready presentation.
Beyond the menu
A retreat is built with care: the teachers, the practices, the place. We bring the same care to how your guests are fed, and listen to the intention behind the week before we write a single menu.
Hawaiʻi Island farms, markets and boats, organic where we can get it, seasonal always. Made from scratch, no refined sugar, no seed oils.
Plant-forward at the core, with fish, chicken or island beef for those who want it. Gluten-free, nut-free and allergies handled quietly, so no one eats a lesser plate.
Lighter days and bigger nights, self-serve mornings and plated evenings. Meals are timed to your programme, and there is no single way wellness has to look on the plate.
One unforgettable evening
Preparing your own meals, or working with another caterer? Chef Elliot can join you for a single evening: a welcome dinner on the first night, or a closing feast on the last, family-style or plated, with everyone at one long table and nowhere else to be.
We are here to co-create an experience that supports your mission and uplifts your guests. Tell us about your retreat and we will shape the menus around it.
